Like every other organisation, Oracle is feeling the pressure. The economy is tight and work demands are high – there is just to much to do in too little time. But like any smart employer, they realise the value of looking after their staff, making sure they take breaks, and finding opportunities for teambuilding that are fun, quick and energising.
Through a well-being provider, they had laughterworks provide some short, sharp laughter sessions to help build their staff resilience. With our national reach we were able put on sessions in Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Ngauranga (NZ) and Auckland. They were a hit:

(Yes we do resilience programs too). By the end of the session participants were lying on the floor laughing, the stress was relieved and they all enjoyed a moment of teambuilding.
